Opendoor Q3 Earnings Estimate Vol. 2 and Q4 Sneak Peek

It is EARNINGS SEASON, with Opendoor scheduled to report Q3 after the bell this Thursday, November 7th. I previously provided Datadoor's preliminary estimate for the quarter, but our finalized data are below, alongside a comparison to the guide. 

The numbers make sense, particularly in the context of current housing macro, mortgage rates, etc. I will add some color on the Q3 numbers and invite the Atoms community to discuss/ask questions either here or the Datadoor Discord, but I really wanted this report to focus more on Opendoor's Q4 numbers. In fact, I am going to share more about the next quarter than I ever have before as a thank-you to the many of you still on this train with us. 

After all, Q3-4 are the last two quarters before we move into 2025, and (fingers crossed) hopefully a return to growth.
